There are times in the day when I have to check myself… Why am I think that? Why am I saying that? We all have those times when we just allow our minds to wonder and when we do those thoughts become our words and those words become our lives. Then we want to complain ” how did I get here?”
One of the most powerful things that I have learned on my spiritual journey is that thoughts become things and of we don’t control them we end up with things in our lives that we have to work equally as hard to get rid of.
I’m going to share with you a few things that I do to make sure that my mind is aligned with my words.
1) Pray; First thing in the morning I talk to God, I give thanks for another day. I talk to him about my intentions for the day and I ask him to send my Angels to help me.
2) Sit in silence; 3 times a day for 10 minutes I go into the silence. I listen to what spirit has to tell me. I listen for answers.
3) Kindness; I extend kindness to people that I meet. I hold the door, I smile, I leave the waitress a big tip. I do things that I think will make other people happy because in doing that it makes me happy.
